Cummins 6.7 L Rebuilt Engine Replacement Options
The Cummins 6.7 L is the younger brother of the famed 5.9 L diesel engine. It’s equally as impressive as the older 5.9 L 6B/ISB but offers greater horsepower and torque output for both industrial and automotive applications. The Cummins 6.7 L was popular in Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 Model Trucks from 2007-2016. Additionally, the 6.7 L was common in medium duty vocational trucks, transit busses, box trucks, RVs and emergency vehicles from 2007-2019.
For the Cummins 6.7 L engine we offer multiple generations of rebuilt replacement long blocks as well as extended long block drop-in engine solutions (ISB – Automotive, QSB – Industrial)
All remanufactured engine solutions are built to your specific engine serial number and CPL (Critical Parts List) This ensures a ‘like for like’ match and a seamless replacement solution. Our extended long blocks are all run tested prior to shipping. NOTE: Parts Included may vary depending on your ESN, our sales team will work with you to determine the solution we can offer. It’s better to get the right fit instead of trying to ‘shoehorn’ an engine solution that may not work for your application.
Rebuilt/Remanufactured Component Build Solutions:
Our component build remanufactured units contain mostly new parts and is the closest you can get to a new replacement engine assembly. These are (QSB – Industrial) rear gear train assemblies mostly applicable for industrial replacement commonly found with Case, Komatsu and Hyundai Excavator, Loader and Scraper Equipment. The assemblies do contain a limited number of reman/rebuilt parts but these are mostly non-wear components. Each build cycle we do is different depending on parts availability and model year generation.
There are many different engine configurations for numerous applications. We do stock common configurations in terms of Gear Housing, Turbo Location, Fan Arrangement, Oil Pan and Flywheel & Flywheel Housing but we also work with you to provide a custom solution for your particular piece of equipment. One size definitely doesn’t fit all!
